Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed.

  • Some items are custom-made or made-to-order, which may require additional preparation time.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the carrier and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Brax and Beyond is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
