Brax and Beyond is a youth-led, kid-run business focused on creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Our products are designed and created using 3D printing technology and are sold through our website.

2. Products & Customization

All products sold by Brax and Beyond:

  • Are created using 3D printing technology

  • May be made-to-order or customized

  • May have slight variations in color, size, or finish

These variations are normal and part of the unique nature of handmade and 3D-printed items.

3. Custom Orders & Approval

  • Custom or personalized orders may require design approval before production

  • Once a custom order is approved and production begins, it cannot be canceled or modified

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all custom details (names, colors, etc.) are correct before approval

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason

  • If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued

5. Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed

  • Shipping times vary based on carrier and location

  • Brax and Beyond is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed off to the carrier

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable

  • Refunds or replacements are only provided for:

    • Damaged items

    • Incorrect items

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence.

7. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

Some items sold by Brax and Beyond may include small parts.

  • Products are not intended for children under 3 years old

  • Adult supervision is recommended when products are used by children

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use of all products

Brax and Beyond is not liable for misuse, improper handling, or failure to supervise children during use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Logos

  • Product designs

  • Images

  • Text and branding

are the property of Brax and Beyond and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. No Resale / Commercial Use

Products purchased from Brax and Beyond are intended for personal use only.

  • Reselling, redistributing, or commercially using our products without permission is prohibited

  • Mass reproduction or duplication of our designs is strictly prohibited

10. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to engage in fraudulent activity

  • Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website
