Refund Policy

At Brax and Beyond, every item is created with care using 3D printing technology. Because many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we have a limited refund policy.

1. All Sales Policy

  • Most items are custom-made or produced on demand

  • For this reason, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect

2. Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue (item and packaging)

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items made-to-order

  • Orders where incorrect information (such as address or customization details) was provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the 3D printing process

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if production has not started

  • Once an item has entered production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded

5. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first

  • We will assist where possible, but we do not guarantee replacements for carrier-related issues

6. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider
