At Brax and Beyond, every item is created with care using 3D printing technology. Because many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we have a limited refund policy.
1. All Sales Policy

Most items are custom-made or produced on demand

For this reason, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect
2. Eligible Refunds & Replacements
We will offer a replacement or refund if:

Your item arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item
To qualify:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide clear photos of the issue (item and packaging)
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Custom or personalized items

Items made-to-order

Orders where incorrect information (such as address or customization details) was provided by the customer

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the 3D printing process
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started

Once an item has entered production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded
5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first

We will assist where possible, but we do not guarantee replacements for carrier-related issues
6. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider
